"He is the best. His team is exceptional. I took my mom for knee replacement surgery and it was an excellent experience end to end. The are available to answer any questions at anytime. They use and application to communicate with you and it helps a lot. Sometimes I will message them on weekends or late in the evening. I wasn’t expecting an answer until business hours but they will respond the same day. The day of the surgery, it was excellent service. They kept me informed every step of the way. We are going back for the other knee in a few months."
