"While the store itself is well kept and you can find what you need, the staff is just not welcoming. Every time I check out I say good afternoon or good morning and the cashiers do not even acknowledge what you say they just stare at you. Not to mention they tend to get annoyed if they see a line build. I know we all have our problems but I never feel welcome shopping there."

"Terrible service I took my dog and the Vet told me to wait because she was going to be fast. From 345PM I waited to 6:00PM why not tell me to come back instead of waiting because that is what they usually do. While waiting a lady was waiting on information about her medical insurance because she brought her dog to get his ears clean and he ended up coming out with a muscle damage to his leg. Becareful check your dog's when they come out from this place. Be aware"

"The fact that my cousin sent her dog here and “the groomer” said “the hair is to close to the pink, let it grow more”, if you cannot identify what a “paw pad”… PETSMART should make sure employees handling sharp objects etc. on these fur babies, KNOW what they are doing. And employees should make sure they know ENOUGH before entering the grooming industry."

"Saturday, November 13 2021 at 11:15 AM Dead fish in most of the tanks, and the bottom of the tanks were never cleaned. The manager should take immediate action. Please have some decency, and compassion and simply do your work! Update. December 4, 2022, at 2:00 pm. Same situation as last year. This store looks like don't care about the fish at all."
