Brian was highly recommended to me by my realtor a few years ago and I have used him ever since. He has fixed a range of issues for me. He is very responsive, dependable, and professional. He does a fantastic job! Additionally, his rates are reasonable. Brian makes things really simple for me. I just text him the issue and coordinate a time with my tenants for him to stop by. He tells me what the problem is in great detail and send pictures. He does a great job fixing it. There is minimal disruption to my busy life.
