"For the most part I really like the Pine Bush branch. With the exception of one time, all of my interactions & transactions with the employees of the PB location have been very nice, professional, and smoothe. My major complaint are their hours. I dont care what day it is...Ppl work so many different times now, and don't always have a spare moment to make a crucial deposit by 4 p.m. Banks need to be more accommodating, and have their hours from 7/8 a.m. to 6/7 p.m. At least for drive thru."

"I walked here from my hotel for no reason. No comprehension of 'service'. The sign on the side of the building says bank. But I've never walked into a bank that would not accept cash. I walked in with a $10 bill and requested change. I was told that if I didn't have an account I couldn't get change for a $10 because they have to enter it into their system. Just a recap: I walked into the bank with cash and was rejected. Ridiculous!!! The car wash across the street (obviously a more capable financial institution) was able to handle this complex transaction. No account necessary."
