Manny is the owner, and he's always been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable whenever I've come in for maintenance or repairs. Recently, I sold my bike and I was looking to buy a new bike. Manny took the time to understand my needs and budget. He helped me find the perfect bike for me, and he made sure that it was properly fitted before I left the shop. In addition to being a great bike shop, The Loose Wheel also has a bike group ride that rides in Cedar Grove every Tuesday and Saturday. I recently bought a new mountain bike since I outgrew my old one and a cruiser for my fiancé to get around town. "Excellent service. You can tell when you go in there that the level service is just different than other places. Gold star treatment. I went to the bike shop first thing Saturday morning because my shimano disc brakes were almost gone. The owner I believe his name is Manny was very very helpful and took my bike right in and adjusted my brakes for me so I could continue my day safely. I also bought this nice t shirt there which I really like. Very light fabric and breathes easy. Always nice to have a nice t-shirt advertising local businesses. This will be my home store for all my bike needs from here on out."
