The representative told me "we don't have to show any kindness when you owe us". And Im just the co-signer trying to figure out the last payment on a car loan."

"I felt the need to leave a good review because of all the bad ones. I have had TI for over 2 years now and have nothing but great experiences with the company. As someone with a not so great credit background they approved me for a loan and have been great with reminders and flexibility. If you cannot make a payment or are going to be late THEY WORK WITH YOU, just call. I like them better than any other company I’ve used and I have used some big names that have a “good” reputation that were TERRIBLE. I will admit that the customer service reps are a little straight forward but for me it’s not a bad thing, they get to the point. Overall, I would definitely recommend them. Again, if you have issues with your loan or are not happy call and they will work something out with you!"

"The most disrespectful people I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. I literally never do google reviews but this company deserves one. They do not care enough about anyone to even address an issue or a simple problem. Their customer service speak as if you calling is a dis service to them. Also one of the shadiest corporations I’ve ever come in contact with. Avoid at all costs if you can"

"Would not recommend. The unprofessionalism is crazy. I called and don't receive a greeting, it's straight to "what's your account number" and I'm just confused on why we aren't able to view our payment history or current balance on our own accounts and that we have to wait for them to mail them. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for them to send me a summary of my balance and payment history and when I explained it was an emergency and if I can get it through email all he said was no then hung up. If you can avoid them please save yourself from a headache and go somewhere else."
