"I recently switched to Pearle Vision due to my previous provider no longer accepting my insurance. I must say that I am very happy that my previous provider stopped taking my insurance! My experience with Pearle Vision in Hackettstown was absolutely phenomenal. I have a complex vision situation given I am in my 50s and struggle with vertigo so any time my prescription changes it is a challenge. Dr. McHugh was able to suggest a great alternative for me vs. progressive lenses, she gave me a separate script for just computer work and I could not be happier! She was very patient, thorough, professional and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire exam. All the staff here are also phenomenal, positive experience in dealing with the entire team. Thank you, Silvia, for great advice helping me pick out new glasses for distance and computer work, my wife also loves the styles you picked for me. Thank you, Pamela and Mark, for great service with glasses ordering and adjusting for a great fit once the glasses arrived. A+ for all! :)"

"I have been a customer of Pearle since I started wearing glasses. However when I started to wear progressives, they became even more important in my life. I have probably dealt with everyone there and everyone is so helpful and professional. Recently I chose to buy a pair of frames online and just have my prescription filled at Pearle. They haven't treated me any differently even though I did not buy my frames there. They have adjusted them for me twice already and now they fit perfectly. Great job Pearle!!"
