"This post office is terrible. The clerks are rude and lazy and give misinformation. I asked a simple question about which box to use for ground shipping, and i was told it didnt matter which I used, since I would get charged by weight. I ended up picking priority box which is more money than brown box ground shipping. I spoke to the manager to complain about his lazy rude clerks who gave me wrong information. The old African American lady who's always there needs to retire asap! She's got the worst attitude and I've seen her insult and back talk to other customers who need help with stuff. The other reviews are right, this office has nasty rude clerks who hate their job and you for coming in! Do yourself a favor, stay far away from this awful post office. I've been to other post offices all over Jersey and this location is by far the worst one."

"They lied package was delivered I searched high and low it's nowhere even walked up and down the street. This is the second time my entire package has gone missing I will be calling the police. Taking people's mail/packages is against the law."

"I go to this post office semi-regularly. Tonight I went in to send out a package and they would not tape it for me and that I would have to buy tape… I’ve brought in other packages that they have taped up for me no problem. Attached are photos of how tiny the box is to show how ridiculous this is. Don’t waste your time here with unhelpful staff."
