"I have to say, I was very disappointed. I contacted this company because I was having a hard time closing on my house. I needed certain repairs required by the VA and needed them done in order to close. My realtor emailed these people and explained in detail what needed to be completed. Sad to say, not all of the work that was required by the VA was done. They left out a major part that needed to be completed. Now, in order to meet my lenders and the VA's requirements, I need to hire someone else to finish a project that I thought this company was handling for me. I spoke personally with the person and told them how important it was for VA approval. They claimed to be a veteran themself and claimed to understand my urgency. When questioned about the work after it was complete, I got the answer: Well, my quote didn't have that it had this and said only. Well, that's not what we personally discussed. That was NOT what my realtor emailed to them. It's not the work I needed done. Again, very disappointed and now have to find someone else to complete the work I thought I hired these people to do."
