"What a wonderful change of scenery! The only thing I can say is parking is limited. Please park and don’t block the docks and driveway to go check in. Have your numbers and everything goes quickly. The lady at the front desk is very polite and friendly (something you don’t see often). Have your ID, load info, trailer #. I was here less than 1-1/2hrs (I was early for pick up). I wish all cold docks were like this. My job wold be easier and a little bit better. When they unlock you pull up and seal the trailer then go in and grab your bills. Sign the magic pad and off you go."

"When you turn onto Freddy Lane, it is the last building on the right. You will see the number in the building (picture included) before you see the signage as trailers block it until you get closer to the entrance. I arrived at 10:05 a.m. for an 11:00 a.m. appointment. I left the premises before 11:00 a.m. (11 pallets). Friendly employees."

"Had an awesome experience delivering here. Slept overnight on the street because their gates where closed on Thanksgiving, but come Next morning 7am pulled in and got a door right away! Very friendly and polite office lady. Was unloaded within 30mins. They have a huge lot to park overnight if it’s not a holiday and the gates are closed. Check in office is by door #1."
