FedEx OnSite is conveniently located inside Walgreens at 13 N Black Horse Pike in Williamstown, NJ. You can easily pick up or drop off your FedEx packages at this location without having to wait at home for a delivery. Simply pack and seal your package, create and print a label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at this Walgreens location.
If you have received a QR code for a return from an online store, bring it to Walgreens and a team member will print your label and process your return. There are no additional fees for using this FedEx OnSite location, and most FedEx Express and FedEx Ground packages are accepted here.
Please ensure your packages are securely sealed and properly labeled with a FedEx shipping label. International packages with a U.S. originated address are also accepted. If you need packaging supplies or assistance with packing items, visit a staffed FedEx location in Williamstown.
Packages will be held for up to 7 days at this location. If not picked up within that time frame, the package will be returned to the nearest FedEx facility. If you have any questions or need assistance, you can contact FedEx customer service at 1.800.GoFedEx.

"I think my package was delivered to a neighbors address. The tracking information says it was delivered. Nowhere to be found at my home. There's a package that's been sitting on a neighbor's deck since overnight. A female delivery girl with shorts and tattoos on her arm delivered a package to my neighbor and nothing to me. If she delivered to the wrong home she shouldn't have been so careless. The numbers are right there on the front. FedEx won't put a representative on the phone and their claim form doesn't work.
