"Had a untaped box and the young man there had a tape roller and did not want to tape the box for us. What's the point of having onsite services if you don't help pack boxes? I would have been better off going to a real FedEx store. The onsite location clearly doesn't make it easier and worthwhile to use their services veruss going to FedEx."

Wondering why and went back to find out it's been laying around in a corner that no one bother to ship it. Do not waste time at this location. Go a few steps further to ship it at the Nassau Park office."
