"Tried to use this service once. I walked in and before I could even say a word, the manager barked at me from across the store “We don’t take those here!”. I was caught off guard so I asked if he knew where I could bring it. He replied “I don’t know. You could try down the street but I doubt they’ll take it either” in an irritated voice. I’m sure the service would have been fine if I had able to use it, but the customer service alone left a sour taste in my mouth. If I can help it, I’ll probably won’t be back here .."
