"I walked in with a vision and the salesman gave me plenty of options and manufacturers to choose from. All of my questions were answered and I received my furniture before the estimated delivery date. The delivery crew made sure everything was assembled properly and cleaned up behind themselves. I will recommend and shop from them again."

"The sales rep had no idea how .uch a ything cost or if it was in stocks. He claimed we could put a down payment and then lease the furniture and we wouldn't have to make a payment fir the first 3 months. ALL OF THAT WAS A LIE..He told de us put TV stand would be there the next day and now it's coming in a week but worsted of all he delivered the sofa bed damaged, the delivery men forced the furniture in and refused to unwrap the sofa bed and left..we unwrapped the sofa bed and there was a gash on the leather of the left arm and a nick on the woof of the arm...we immediately called king furniture and Mark denied it so we went in with pictures and called the warehouse. We followed the instructions of sending the photos to Empire fur inure warehouse in NJ where the sofa bed came from and was told in 2 days they would have a resolution..when we went back to king furniture 2 days later Empire said they don't know anything about a damaged sofa bed that was delivered to my address. Mark from King fur inure said he would follow up and asked me to send the photos and information to him and Empire furniture so we could attack it on both ends. I spoke with him yesterday and Mark said that Empire would be calling back and that he would inform me as to what they were going to do. So far nothing has been done. This place only cares about making their money regardless if the customer gets screwed. This is the worst place I have ever been to and their lack of accountability is disgusting....do not go there they will lie to get a sale, deny culpability and won't replace anything."

"Purchased a $1300 fire please from this location ,was told that my order would be delivered on Saturday and when I called to confirm the delivery date I was communicating with a very disrespectful employee that hung up the phone while I tried to explain my frustration about the communication between myself and this establishment After hanging up the phone, I went to the location and the employee was still being very disrespectful while ignoring me while I was talking and watching a fight on the television and sitting on the couch very unprofessional establishment I would never buy another piece of furniture from this location. Very rude . Customer service is very horrible."

"Very unprofessional and doesn’t provide satisfactory customer service. Over $2,500 was spent and I received a Chester drawer with a broken foot and on top of that the delivery guy(s) that came to setup the furniture attempted to lie and say that I broke it. I called the store manager who was little to no help. I visited the store to show photo proof and was told I could not receive a refund and if I wanted a replacement it could be a while and wasn’t a guarantee. Save your time and money and shop somewhere else, I definitely would not recommend!"
