"LaserShip/OnTrac consistently delivers my packages to the same wrong address every time. It makes no sense because the street names are completely different and the address is clearly printed on the package. I have contacted them multiple times about this issue but it keeps on happening and it seems there is no way to train their drivers to properly read address on the packages."

"I have always had issues with this company! It says they deliver until 9pm and everytime I have a package that is so close to being delivered I get a message 8:30pm saying they attempted to deliver my package smh. I'm so annoyed with this company and didn't even want to give it 1 star! My buzzer works all the time and I am always home when this occurs. I asked Amazon to stop shipping my stuff through them and it continues. Worst business ever and now they don't answer there phones at all!"
