"They left me the box broken and they do not want to come and pick it soon. Samsung do not want to give me money back until they receive the product and it is understandable….I spoke with manager Chris and Rick from XPO but they do not do anything regarding this matter. PLEASE CHECK THE BOX IS OK AND DO NOT TAKE IT IF IS DAMAGE BECAUSE XPO DO NOT RESOLVE YOUR PROBLEM."
"Absolute worst experience of delivery that we could possibly imagine. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use their services!!!!! They never showed up for the first scheduled delivery and came 2 weeks after telling us after 30 sec that they would surely damage our appliance and house if they proceed to the delivery. We had to sign a waiver but we needed a few min to decide and they literally told us 3 times "please don't waist our time, make your decision now" (I have to add that this appliance was to replace the same appliance that had previously fit our door without damage!!!). We let them go without proceeding to the delivery but they literally waisted our time!!!!! We called the appliances company who assured us that they had no right to have us sign a waiver and claim they would damage the house for such an easy replacement. Why are all these companies working with this useless rude team?!?!?!?!"
"Terrible experience. Would never use again. I purches The Mirror for my wife and the company used XPO Logistics for the delivery. This was a $1600 purchase. The electronic device is extremely heavy and request two strong people to move. Upon purchase XPO Logistics arranged for a delivery date with a 4-hour delivery window where "a team" would deliver the package and "provide installation upon delivery at our request." Towards the end of the 4-hour window, I received an automated call saying the team would deliver the package within the next 30 minutes. When we had not herad anything after 30 minutes, we checked the front porch, where they had decided to leave the package. No knock on the door. No ringing of the doorbell. No delivery of the package to the upstairs room we wanted it in, much less installing it. I had abdominal surgery a few days before and could not lift the package, so I watched my wife struggle for 5 minutes just to get it inside the foyer. I called XPO Logistcs within 20 minutes of finding the package to have them come back and do what they were supposed to. I was told the soonest the team could be back was in 6 days. I emailed the operation's manager who arranged the delivery to get an explanation of how this could have happened. After 7 days, I have yet to get a reply. I have now filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I will NEVER purchase an item again that uses XPO Logistics for delivery."
"These people are the worst. Absolutely the lowest level of customer service I’ve ever seen in my entire life. We ordered a bike from fly wheel. When these guys dropped it off they did not assemble it nor did it have all the pieces. We then called to reschedule two times. We also had to wait a total of nine hours because they were late five times in a row. My wife had to call about 20 times and never got a straight answer. We subsequently canceled the bike order and then had to wait even longer for them to pick up said bike This led to wasted time, energy, and money, it also led to some flights. I cannot express enough how horrible these people are. Something really should be done"
"The epitome of trash. Missed work and wasted a whole day on a delivery. Calls me at 5 and says won't be able to come till probably after 6. My buildings service elevator closes at 5:30. Was on hold for an actual 45 minutes waiting to hear about where my furniture was. XPO can't reschedule themselves either, you have to call IKEA to reschedule. I recommend them changing their automated message from "2 for customer service " to nothing at all cause customer service does not exist. Next time I'd be better off attaching the furniture to my bicycle and riding it into Manhattan. Would seriously never use this company again. Would rather sleep on nails then order a bed from this useless company. On top of that I called at 3 pm and asked how much longer it would take and the operator said 45 mins. Do not recommend this place at all, I wish there was a no star option."
