"A customer service nightmare during the documentation process... they refuse to answer the phone. There is no assistance or clarification in all the bureaucracy. Hire new administrative staff. Christina was absolutely abhorrent and incompetent in every aspect. Shameful waste of time and the complete opposite of proper business conduct."

"Hard to find, no signs, hard to get there, especially after rain, the road is completely destroyed. It's a first. The second: one of the employees was helpful by the phone explaining how to find the location, also helped to bring the box in. The lady forbid using the tape saying that this is a drop off location, not a packing location and wanted to charge for using the tape (which was right next to the declarations paperwork, in the full reach of customers...). Note to the management: when you are offering parcel service it includes securing the box properly, at least if you are a decent company. For example, Meest, Postman Joe , etc do this. And last but not least: 4% extra charge for the credit card payment and they don't accept cash. Note for the customers: bring your check with you to avoid extra charge. If my package arrives in time and is not lost, I will fairly increase the rating and update my review."

"I have been shipping with AEC for past 2 years. They are very efficient. I ship about 4-6 pakages per year. I wish they would not charge 4% convince fee whe paid with card. They did not used to."
