"If I could give negative 10 stars I would. I have two Rent The Runway packages that I sent to my job this week. Keep in mind, If I don't get these packages I will be on the hook for probably $1000 since the clothes are rented. They are marked as delivered, but I never received the packages. Furthermore, security for my building sent me screenshots of the delivery worker taking them to the front desk, not dropping them off, and then leaving with both packages. Proving that both packages haven't been delivered even though they are erroneously listed as delivered. These screenshots are attached below. Their customer service is terrible. They sent me back and forth between the same numbers. I've been calling back 3 days in a row, and they gave me the same regurgitated response "please call back the next day." So then, I escalate to the next logical step, asking for a manager. They say there isn't a number for a manager, or they put me on hold looking for a supervisor and the supervisor is "unavailable". I'm currently in the process of urging Rent The Runway to use a different carrier. This delivery service will bring down the reputation of any reputable business. I can no longer use their services if they continue to use unreliable T Force. I'm also filing a complaint with the BBB. Soon they will likely respond, as they have before to the numerous bad reviews, "Apologize for the inconvenience.This is not the kind of experience anyone anticipates.." However, this IS the kind of experience you should anticipate with T Force."

"When ever you see this company as the delivery service being used for your order CANCEL IMMEDIATELY! They are a FRAUDULENT company! They do NOT! Deliver packages! They’ll say they’re out for delivery day after day in a cycle and you will get NOTHING! For 6 days! My package was “out for delivery” NOT ONCE did they come to my door! Not once did they ring my bell! Then they lie and say things like “unsafe to deliver” or “no access” and their customer service is a total JOKE! No one speaks proper English and nobody cares! You can tell they’re sitting in another country totally oblivious. Here’s the best part, when you offer to pick up your own package at their hub or warehouse they flat out tell you they cannot allow that! Why on earth would that be ? I actually got a refund submitted by the seller and TFORCE STILL SAYS “out for delivery” to this day!!BE AWARE!! Clearly they are stealing packages! DO NOT USE!!"

"This is by far is the worst experience I have ever had with a shipping service!! for one the driver couldn't find my address when it was clearly correct on the shipping address not once but twice then when it was suppose to be delivered on a set date they removed the tracking information from history & stated once again "bad address" didn't even get a call when it was clear instructions to do so. I have living here all my life this has never happened to me before, now I have to wait additional days just to get my package reshipped to my house moving forward anyone who see's tforce immediately contact the company who is sending through This shipping service. Tforce logistics should be put straight out of business with the incompetence of the drivers & the lack of communication with this "so called staff" this is unacceptable & should not be happening to no one who is simply just trying to get they package that obviously paid for. I am truly disgusted with the time wasted & hour's spent calling for clarification on a package you paid for, if possible they get no star from me at all!!"

"I use TForce for all of my companies courier needs and I could not ask for a better company! The website is user friendly, it is easy to place my order and some days I have several at once. They are always timely and the employees who pickup/deliver are respectful and a pleasure to deal with. Absolutely love this team and if there is any issues I always receive a call back or email in a timely manner!"
