"Cory Delivery was contracted by Lowes to deliver a refrigerator I purchased. The 2 men were not blatantly rude but certainly didn’t seem like they had any interest in speaking to me or answering any questions. They scratched my new refrigerator bringing it in. I was told it would be turned in for an exchange. Accidents happen so as long as I get a new refrigerator that Is all I can hope for at this point. The trash from the packaging of the refrigerator was left in my yard and kitchen. Very disappointing behavior and a scratched refrigerator! I hope Lowes finds a new subcontractor."
"Gave a 1 because I can't give a -10. Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Had a washer delivered from Lowes , who uses this company. Delivery person broke the connector and flooded my basement. They walked out and said "you need to call a plumber". This was on a Sunday. I could not get a plumber out on a Sunday and it was an hour before I could find a handyman to come fix the problem. water ran in my basement for an hour. Because I couldn't get an actual plumber, and I didn't think to take pictures while trying to clean a huge mess, and I didn't have to rent a carpet machine because I have one, they refuse to compensate me in any way. Instead of speaking to me, they texted me,. I never even got so much as an "I'm sorry". DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING DELIVERED BY THESE PEOPLE. I paid for my old washer to be taken away and they left it in my driveway! I had to call and make t hem come back and get it. The entire experience was a nightmare. I will never buy anything from Lowes again because of them. Lowes also did nothing but say sorry about your luck."
"GAVE 1 BECAUSE GOOGLE DOESN'T ALLOW LESS I have been waiting since 8:30 this morning 11 hours!) waiting for my delivery! Cory Trucking set a time with my apartment building to use the service elevator for 8:30. However - the place I ordered from claimed my item was being delivered between 3-7. Wouldn’t you know it-BOTH establishments are closed and NO DELIVERY! For the record. It’s not the first time I’ve had a poor experience with CORY TRUCKING!"
"Had ordered furniture from Bob's and Cory home delivery made the delivery. To say I am unhappy would be an understatement. They delivered a dresser to the master bedroom and a chest to our sons room. (Chest first) as I was in the boys room with the chest, they moved in the dresser into the master bedroom. They gouged (not even scratched....gouged) our newly refinished hardwood floors, in not just 1, 2 but 3 places (2 in the master and 1 area in the hallway) I thought it was weird they didn't have me check out the dresser in the master bedroom and why they essentially ran out of the home. When I went back to check on it right after they left, I noticed the huge gouges. What was worse, is that THEY tried to cover it up with some sort of marker or furniture pen! That is extremely sneaky and unprofessional. So dishonest. I immediately filed a claim and sent pictures on 11/22 ....called that afternoon to confirm they received the email and called following day and got no response. I kept calling and leaving messages every day/ever other day. When I finally got a call back, I was told December was extremely busy with contractors and the owner would like to settle it on his own and to get a ballpark figure so they weren't even disputing the damage...(which they couldn't since we had before and after pictures.) I called back that evening after speaking to a professional who specializes in hardwood floors with a ballpark figure and was told I would receive a call back, and I did not. I've called back multiple times and had to leave messages, with no response via email or phone. They need to pay to fix the awful damage they did to our beautiful hardwood floors and teach the delivery people to not be so extremely dishonest and sneaky. I would have respected them more had they come to me and apologized and showed me what happened and told me who to contact, but of course that didn't happen. If you get a delivery from them....highly suggest taking before and after pictures and following them around like a hawk!"
"I am incredible frustrated by the inefficiency and customer service of the Cory staff. I requested to have my Wayfair couch delivered on Thursday am. I received a call the day before indicated Thursday pm from 1-5 pm was the time the delivery was scheduled. I called and spoke to someone who said she moved my delivery time from 12-4pm instead, knowing I had to leave at 3 pm for an important meeting. I took half the day off to wait for the couch. I called Thursday morning to confirm and was told it was likely my couch would be delivered on the early end of 12-4 pm. I then called back to confirm when I didnt hear anything at 1 pm and was told that my time was never changed to 12-4pm and that I was at the end of the list. I heard three different things from three different people. When i began to express my frustrations, I was rudely treated. I was told that there "is no way anyone changed the delivery time", essentially calling me a liar. I was told that the first two dispatchers I spoke with "probably just didnt look at the system" when they spoke to me, which is a horrible excuse for incorrect information and a horrible way to run a business. When I asked for a new delivery time the next day in the morning, they said there was no space and no flexibility. I had expected that there may have been some flexibility granted given the poor service I experienced. No solutions were recommended or help was offered."
