"Truly wish i could give this place zero stars. Do not waste your time looking & do not waste your money here. It is not worth a dime. Utterly disgusting does not even describe this place. Dumpster sits full of trash in the visitor parking lot. The dumpster area is filled with broken glass. The inside… the back entrance where you come in has dead bugs everywhere, when it rains the “ cleaning people” use residents rugs that they’ve thrown away & use it in the back entrance so people don’t slip… you can only imagine the smell of that. The back entrance smells like a landfill every single day, the laundry room is gross as well. Elevators smell like pee. Nothing is ever clean in this place. Hallways are gross. Walls are paper thin. I get woken up every single day by a screaming child( at least 3 years old) from 2am-5am(it doesn’t stop). No central air. Floor tiles come up. I smell peoples cooking through my bathroom & the cooking always smells horrible. Forget making a left on Easton Ave almost impossible without trying to kill yourself. Don’t make the mistake i did. Save your money. I wish i could give this place zero stars. It’s an embarrassment to live here. I never have people over because of how gross this place is."

"Please do not waste your time with the building, Management is horrible they are rude and never in office at the times they are suppose to, stroll in at whatever time and not the times that listed on the website. making it hard to reach them for about anything. Have to call 6-10 to get a response. I’ve called for roaches and beehives and have yet to hear back from them. Rent goes up every year and not renovations are done. They charge ridiculous fees for a building that’s not even maintained, the hallways are dirty, garbage everywhere from the property outside and inside. There is always an issue with the apartments due to the management not keeping up with the property. Not to mention that if you leave your car in front management will tow your car and require you to pay 175+ . They don’t even check if the vehicles belong to someone in the building because according to them “it’s not their responsibility”. They clearly don’t care for the tenants. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TO LIVE HERE UNLESS YOUR IN DESPERATE NEED. Please take the reviews serious because they are 100% true. Wish I would have done research before. This reality group needs to do better with the Harrison and change management."

"We just love the apartment. The view from our balcony is amazing. The staff and maintenance guys are very helpful and responds very quickly to solve any small issue with the apartment. The pool and gym facilities are really nice. Highly recommend."

"Moved in a month ago and my partner and I are very happy. The rent starts of low and adds up with the water/trash/insurance/parking you're required to pay but it ends up being the same as market level and very much worth it. The pool and surrounding area is all very appealing and well maintained. I have had very pleasant experiences with the maintenance team when I needed some things fixed in my apartment (although the people who answer the phone sometimes have no idea what they're talking about) but they are very prompt with repairs. The people in the management office have always been very professional and friendly although now that one of the main staff members is on maternity leave, it seems as if nothing can get done there. We are still waiting to have our door access set up since apparently only she knows how to do it. (Please come back soon!!) I like that our packages are always safely received and they ring our unit when something arrives for us. Elevators sometimes go out of order but it's never too long of a wait even when one or two is down. They renovated the hallways and our unit which we love. The view from our balcony is lovely. Overall I'd definitely recommend."
