"Terrible place, very unprofessional. The amount of money you spend here and how you are treated is not worth it. A worker at the front Joe or Jill not sure as she gave her name walking away from me, extremely rude. Held my girlfriend’s roommates drivers license in exchange for a cart and in all fairness they were closing. We said we would be right back unpacked the cart came back down within 6 min and she locked up and left. SHE HELD HER STATE DRIVERS LICENSE! Which I believe is illegal however I may be mistaken. After struggles of calling and waiting we eventually got it back an hour and a half later. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE LOOKING HERE!"

"If you want your money stolen head to this place. I have PROOF of the fact that they charged me a false bill which is considered illegal theft. Management could lose their jobs for that. They didn’t answer my emails of the screenshots of proof I had while asking for a refund which proves I’m right. And shows they are embarrassed. If you plan on living here keep an eye out for them and look out for yourself."

"HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE. APATHETIC MANAGEMENT. I spoke with Rutgers Legal Services who said I could actually sue the Verve. I have had safety concerns in my current apartment that they did not address seriously. Management should clean blood on the floor if that is no big deal. They are also going against their own policy by allowing a guy to live with five girls. Rutgers Legal Services said that Verve should have taken a step further but of course they did not. This place has gotten me mentally drained by not handling things like they should have. It is also a complete scam. The only people giving five star reviews are the employees. The only good things about Verve are that it comes fully furnished, its always kept clean, there are security guards and safety measures put into place, and the location. The safety from the outside is cared about but not the safety from the inside of your apartment. I have been cleaning blood on the floor and molded food all year. And a guy living with me who makes me uncomfortable and most importantly isn't a tenant. Rutgers Legal Services said that an eviction letter should have been sent to this person. Instead, I have to take myself out of situation. They took my renewal deal down too. I am trying to get out of this building altogether. DO NOT RECOMMEND New thing is that the price of damages cost half of the price of rent. They are scammers and liars."
