Reviews
"Worked here for less than a year. Nice people, but some managers and ambassadors can treat you like they have no value, and respect for you which can be annoying sometimes. However, Amir was one of the managers that I never actually talked to but he always greeted and treated people nicely no matter what position they had. His behaviors always made me to work harder."
"Inside it's a very organized and fast-paced place. I worked here for 1 week, but I couldn't deliver 120 packages everyday because I'm just too slow for this job. Pay was good, and if you finish delivering before 10 hours you can go home, so that's great. Vans are comfortable. There are different companies inside the warehouse where you apply for a job, so choose wisely. Some have good benefits, others don't, Some pay you more, while others don't. Friendly people."
"Worked here for 60+ days on the back half nights. The staff is helpful and friendly. They teach those who want to learn more. There are a lot of bad reviews online, but ask yourself why they wrote their reviews. They try to maintain a safe and fun environment."
"Unprofessional is the word I would use to summarize my review. The reason I'm writing this review is because of the total disregard of customer service. This company delivers packages from amazon to all the buildings in our complex. We are all seperated by suite numbers. The problem is that sometimes they hire incompetent drivers who don't check the suite numbers or don't care. They will sometimes drop off all the packages to one location on the same street or just a completely different street. All the tenants in my complex have complained about them. I personally had an issue where the driver delivered my package to the wrong building. Amazon told me to speak to them, and so I did. Driver did not have a managers phone number or even a name. So I took down the dispatchers number. Called and asked for a manager and someone named Greg answered the phone. Told me multiple times he would call me back with an update. Did not hear from him until I called. Eventually he blocked my number. So I called from a different number. I was told he was in a meeting. Left my name and number. I guess the meeting was a long one because I did not hear back from him at all. My problem is not a hard one to resolve. Anyone working in shipping will tell you this. It's as simple as contacting the driver who made the delivery. This review wont change anything because they are not a retail business and they are hired by amazon as a third party courier. My advice to anyone reading this is to report them to amazon. That is the only way to fix this problem with them. Eventually with a few official complaints, amazon will terminate them as a courier and no longer use their services. I also would just like to point out that all their "good" reviews on google are from their own employees , which I'm sure they were told to do to hide out all the real ones. Shame on you."
