"Waited forever to be told they don't offer fax services. Shouldn't advertise fax service and waste everyone's time."
"A complete waste of a drive the woman with shaggy hair stated she did not know what to do with a customs slip. I told her to give me a sleeve and place it on the box. She stated they do not get supplies. I said I have dropped off numerous packages before at drop centers and they have sleeves. She said she couldn't help and for me to go to "walmart" which is another drop off center. Meanwhile I am doing this before work. What a waste of time and horrible customer service. Do not come to this location. Fedex needs to hire and train better people. She couldn't even come up with a solution to somehow put the customs slip on the package. What a complete waste of time and extremely horrible customer service."
