"We recently used Pro Movers to store furniture while we were showing our condo, and then to move our furniture and possessions from NY to MN. Tommy and his staff were pleasant and appeared professional. However, after our belongings were delivered and he was paid in full, we discovered problems. 4 chairs and an antique tea cart were missing. Two weeks later, we are still waiting to hear when they will be delivered. Items in sealed boxes are missing - one of a pair of Sabbath candlesticks, 2 of a set of 8 ornamental plates, etc... Even more disturbing is that when I opened a sealed box, I found items that did not belong to us mixed in with our possessions. Tommy has been completely non-responsive to requests for updates and/or explanations. As distasteful as it may be, I am now forced to continue my requests via Certified Mail."
