The FedEx Drop Box located at 10 Waterview Boulevard in Parsippany-Troy Hills, New Jersey, United States offers convenient 24/7 drop-off for FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and FedEx SmartPost prelabeled shipments. You can choose from 1-, 2-, or 3-day shipping for FedEx Express, or select FedEx Ground for shipments to arrive in 1-5 business days.

The drop boxes accept a variety of packages, including FedEx Express envelopes and boxes, as well as packages with your own packaging and a FedEx label. Packages up to 20" x 12" x 6" are accepted at the drop box location. Drop-off times vary depending on the location, with many drop boxes offering extended drop-off times and Saturday pickup options.

To use the FedEx Drop Box, you can create a shipping label online or fill out an airbill using your FedEx account number. Print the label and affix it to your package, then simply drop it off at the nearest FedEx Drop Box. Please note that no cash, check, or credit card payments are accepted at the drop box location.

In addition to the drop box service, FedEx also has nationwide FedEx Office locations that offer packing and shipping services, as well as FedEx Ship Centers with late hours and cutoff times. You can use FedEx packaging or your own with a FedEx shipping label, but packages should not be left outside the drop box. If you have packages that are too large for the drop box, you can bring them to the counter at a nearby FedEx location.
