The main office staff holds every conversation and exchange with compassion and courstesy, and the drivers are always swift, and on time even when we are In a pinch. "Stay Away from this company. They take advantage of drivers. They do not specify the wages being paid to each driver and do not account for time spent waiting for a job in the parking lot of their facility (no base wage). Once put on the job, they pay driver employees only for mileage spent driving toward the delivery not for the return trip back to the office. So if you drive 90 miles to a location, you are paid only the 90 miles, no pay for the return trip. Pay is inconsistent as no base wages are specified. They falsely advertise and say that each driver is trained specifically for the job and equipped with smart phones. Drivers are not trained. They hire "on the spot" promising rewards for job well done if new driver just trusts them (They wont say how payment will be calculated) and go with the flow and start driving but failing to deliver. Drivers come and go here and now you know why."
