"Emerald Place in Durham, NC is a horrible place to live. Property is not clean, landscaping is sorry. Maintenance say they would fix things and never do. Upgrades only happens when you move out. You're suppose to get Desmond points but you don't. I would not recommend my friends or enemy's to live here. Extremely unhappy and dissapointed with this place."
