"I haven’t had food there in years. I was a may ling regular. When they changed hands many years ago I tried the food and was dissatisfied. There are a lot of ok Chinese in the area. I happen to like shrimp toast. It is the best I have had in years!! I know it’s the hot dog of Chinese food but i like it. The ribs were great and I am very happy"

"We have been customers here for many years. They always answer the phone and delivery / pick up times are fast and my orders are always accurate. Lately I have noticed that flavor hasn’t been on point, particularly the fried rice. I have been needing to season and reheating the pork fried rice especially. Maybe I just prefer my food a little on the saltier side and with extra garlic too. But a bit more seasoning could go a long way. Generally, very consistent service and they always will have my business."

"I have tried Chinese food from different restaurants on Staten Island. But Emperor’s House; a family-run business happens to be the best place for Chinese delicacies on Staten island. The staff is nice and they would run an extra mile to help you place the order. They do delivery too but within a limited radius."

"Below average Chinese food. Boneless ribs were very dry. Chicken and broccoli with white rice was okay. General Tso chicken didn’t taste fresh and the pork fried rice barely had any pork in it. The house special Lo mein was decent."
