The Grand at Diamond Beach

"Unit 1108. If McMansion Chic is your idea of luxury than this unit is for you and your family! Luxurious Home Depot (or Lowes) marble, engineered hardwood, and plumbing fixtures. The cheapest, but luxurious(!), Cuisinart small kitchen appliances available. The window treatments are completely see-through when closed so the unit above us and to the side had views directly into two of the bedrooms, dining room, and living room. Speaking of the view, while it is expansive of the ocean and nature preserve, there’s no view of either the sunrise or sunset. There was a Sub-Zero refrigerator, but unfortunately the ice machine wasn’t working. The building has quite a few and frequent mechanical issues as well. The fitness room and game room were not air conditioned “because the building didn’t want to stress the HVAC system.” Surprising at the cost paid to stay for the week. The staff was friendly, professional, and courteous. I’ll concede this may be considered luxurious by Wildwood and Wildwood Crest standards, but the premium price for rental is most certainly overvalued by 30%-35%."

"Beautiful building, location, beach, and staff. But PLEASE do yourself a favor and do not book through Keller Williams to book your stay. Book privately through vrbo. We recently stayed and booked with Keller Williams during COVID-19 and we were ensured numerous times before staying that the unit would be thoroughly cleaned. Well it was not cleaned. There were stains on the bed mattress, dirty toilets, and also a dishwasher full of someone’s dirty dishes. A huge liability during covid times. So yes, while the building and units are beautiful please do yourself a favor and don’t book through Keller Williams. The customer service was truly lacking and they did not reimburse us a dime for having to stay in a dirty unit or deal with the dirty dishes from the stay before."

"Beautiful location, very nice building, friendly staff. However, the experience was marred by the lack of professionalism from the Keller Williams realty team. They gave us and another couple staying their keys that did not work. They would not respond to any of our emails, phone calls, or voicemails during the entire week we were there. We had some issues with our unit, and we couldn't get one person to respond to us. We would stay at the Grand again but not if the KW realty team were managing the unit."

"Elegant, upscale and inviting accomodations at the Grand. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean is stunning. Excellent attention to detail from the lobby to the game room and within the condo we rent on 6th floor itself. We go every year with our family and have never been disappointed. The BEST vacation spot in N.J by far. Highly recommend it!"

"Magnificent, whether you have an ocean view or not. Both, the infinity pool + private beach are fantastic. There is a communal lounge and an area for grilling, awesome for small parties or grilling with family/friends. Best place to rent in Wildwood, hands down."
