Pitman Office Business Plaza

"I'm not the type of person to leave negative reviews, but for everyone who goes there, for your safety, I am writing this review... My son does Karate in this center. There is no bathroom in the studio, so we use the one in the office part of the building. Usually there is an odd smell but it never bothered me too much because we were in and out. However, a few days ago, I walked in the office part of the building to take my son to the bathroom and OMG, it smelled like rank MOLD! I had to stay in the building because my son was in the bathroom and of course that is the time he takes forever. As I'm standing there, someone was moving stuff out of the building who told me she was a tenant with her office in building and was moving out because this building floods all the time and a majoirty of the building was still wet and moldy! She told me the owner completely aware is refusing to fix it! It took me an entire day to start breathing again normally. Another parent told me thier kid was sick for a week because she was allergic to mold! What kind of person allows people (and knowing full well KIDS got in there all the time) to be exposed to mold like that? It's dangerous and he just doesn't care."

"Very Professional Center. We have been in this center for nearly 20 years. The owners are always improving the Plaza and keep the place neat and clean. The rents are very reasonable and includes utilities an CAM charges. You can't beat that! Thanks for being an honest and hard working landlord."
