"Only giving this a 3 because I can't speak to the quality of the units themselves, but the application process was so frustrating I ultimately wound up going elsewhere."
"Looks like a pretty decent place especially in the location of Atlantic City. I was only there for a short period of time so I'm not experienced enough to be able to give too much of a rating on how it is at this particular apartment complex. The place looks decent other than that there's not much more I can say."
"Like any apt ok place to live not a bad area but rents go up every year before you know it your I bedroom up to damn near $2000 rent in most places extremely high here Chelsea apartments no different a 1 bedroom here in most areas is going for $1,200-1,500 that's why you see a lot of people homeless here some were dropped off here during pandemic never give them any money they come to expect it once you do it one time"
"Management is great but the buildings are so old theres gotta be 50 layers of paint on my walls. they need a good renovation. There is definitely an insect and spider problem but they have the exterminator come around pretty frequently. Neighborhood is pretty chill as well, ive never felt unsafe here compared to the rest of AC. Overall good starting point but not a permanent home"
"Can barely arrange an inquiry for pricing, touring, and availability for starters. Denies vouchers under the HCV Program which is officially housing discrimination. Office rarely picks up the phone, and when they do, they're rude and also hang up. Turns out, they have the next upcoming uninhabitable, deplorable, and condemned property ticking time countdown. People see infestations of all sorts because of entry points i.e. a lousy local code enforcement and facades of so-called licensed maintenance men. Real professionals go to school and are properly trained, not just a business license from City Hall for $35-50.00 with or without a company decal on used personal vehicles and/or business cards. Entry points are because of damages, being outdated, poor maintenance, or none at all. End result? Infestations and mold from humidity an water damage. When treating infestations, there are to be zero entry points. Failure to do this, ends in no pesticide parameters established. Shame the kids have to live like that."
