"I took my son to the Music Together class and Miss Serena was absolutely wonderful. She’s an angel and the only reason I’m not rating one star. It’s the man behind the counter that’s rude. The age range for the class is 0-5 and my son is 3. He started to throw a tantrum (as toddlers are known to do) so I immediately took him outside. Meaning I had to take him through where ppl were taking lessons and through the main level. As I’m taking my screaming child outside, I apologize to the 2 men that were sitting in the lobby. After I calmed him down outside, I brought him back in and was met with a “you gotta keep it down they’re taking lessons down there”. Why the hell else would I have taken him outside?? I was trying my absolute hardest not to disrupt anyone else in the building. If you know anything about kids, sometimes they are just Loud. After I finally get my son calm you tell me to be quiet??? And why on gods green earth would you schedule a class with literal babies during other peoples music lessons if you expect complete silence??? It’s a 45-minute class once a week for 10 weeks. You can’t make other arrangements when you know there will be children? My son and family have been going here for over 40 years and due to their poor planning, that was the last time I or my family will ever set foot in that building."

"The person behind the counter wasn't too friendly. He made me feel kinda uncomfortable. I don't think I will be buy anything from him any longer."

"Went for guitar work, was priced gouged!! Wanted stay local help a small shop out. Was quoted $50 for repair and I added some strings to throw them a bone, figured they'd be overpriced but hey. Called when completed, was over 150% higher. Do yourself a favor, find a more reputable and professional place."

"I've been going to M&M since I got my first guitar at 11. John sold me my first one and is servicing all my guitars 25+ years later. Brian and Jim are also super helpful, knowledgeable and good for a conversation. They're definitely the best."

"I own a shipping company, and a customer wanted to send a stand up bass cross country. In January 2020 I visited M&M music to order a hard case for the instrument. By mistake I ordered a chello case that was the wrong size. John was the employee that helped me. It was my mistake and John let me return it. A quality business with quality employee's. I would refer family, friends and customers to visit them. Thank You John and staff, you guys are the best. Joe Soracco"
