"I reached out to this facility almost a year ago, I was told I was going to be put on a waiting list and that it would be a 3 month wait. I completely understood and agreed after the 3 months passed I called to see where I was on the list and apparently no knew who I was. No one ever touches bases with you to let you know the status of where you are in this waiting list. I called a few times and no one ever had an answer for me. I'm very upset because I heard highly of this place."

"We’ve been going to Little Hands for about 6 months now and I have to say it’s done wonders for my child. Nicole is one of the kindest, most caring people I’ve ever met. She really has the best interest of your child from the second you walk in there. She knows how to make them feel like they are in a safe, non-judgemental place. I don’t normally do reviews, but I had to share how well our experience has been with her. She’s amazing and highly recommend! We will continue to see her as long as my child needs to."

"Only speaking on the receptionist experience and not services provided. It can be intimidating trying to get the help that you need. When trying to get help, no one should feel like they are being a burden or a bother. The receptionist need specialize training on providing excellent customer service instead of mediocre service. My experience was horrible trying to get information about the agency. I'm just glad I was not potential client seeking services because I would have been discouraged. Hope the owner can better staff the facility."
