"The rent was okay for the location. Didn't like my downstairs neighbors as they were always loud. I don't smoke, but downstairs neighbors did and the smell would come into my apartment from the closets (idk how). My main issues was the neighbor downstairs. Yes, this place has a roach infestation problem, but as long as you keep your apartment clean, you won't see them. They do have pest control monthly. I moved because I was expecting a baby and crime was heavy in front of my apartment. Two shootings and drug dealings. If I wasn't pregnant, may have stayed another year. People in the office were always nice and things that malfunctioned in the apartment were always fixed In a timely, quick matter. I lived there for a year (2013-2014)"
