"Completed two applications (one for my daughter to be a resident and one for myself as Guarantor) for a 1 BR apartment unit in mid-December 2020. Prior to and during the process the property mgt. team was responsive. However, once I paid the $100 ($50 per application) I never heard back from them about the status of the application and securing the unit. It has now been over one month. Of course we moved forward with another apartment. However, I just emailed again yesterday requesting they reimburse me the $100. No contact. Buyer beware! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau."

"New management is fixing the place up. One and two bedroom apartments are nice and spacious for the time period of the building."
