Terrace View Apartments

"Way overpriced. Things constantly break inside the unit and the laundry facilities are almost always half out of order or completely closed off. Dumpsters overflow with trash that’s stinks and brings tons of flies, if you live in building F you can never have windows open due to the bugs. Also some neighbors are extremely loud and management does nothing about it. You can find way better for the money they are asking for."

"I lived at Terrace View Apartments for just over 12 years. I started out in a 1 bedroom then moved to a 2 bedroom. I really loved living here! I only moved due to a job relocation. Betsy and Jolene are great. So easy to deal and communicate with. They always were quick to respond to any issues that arose. Randy in Maintenance was always quick to respond to work orders. Anytime I would see him out on the grounds he would go out of his way to talk to you. I would highly recommend making Terrace View your home."

"I have been living here for over 20 years!! I have no complaints about our apartment complex at all! Jolene and Betsy are amazing managers and go beyond their means to help me!!!! Randy the maintenance guy is also amazing, very skilled in his trade! Anytime I need something taken care of he's on top of it and gets it done quickly!!!!! The property is very well maintained and I would recommend living here to anyone looking for a quiet place to call home!!"

"As a first time apartment renter, and a disabled vet, I can say that Terrace views has put a lot of my stress at ease. Betsy in the office is sweetheart, who worked with me and my assistance program to get me housed. Since living here, I can say that things feel comfortable. The apartments are nice, the complex is cozy, and Randy, the maintenance director is super quick with response time. There are a couple things Terrace views could do better. It would be pretty nice if each building had its own laundry room, instead of certain buildings on the grounds. Also, depending on which building you live, you may have a bit of a longer walk to the parking lot. All in all, I can say that Terrace Views seems pretty solid! My service animal and I are accumulating nicely to the area, and I’m excited to be staying here"

"Terrace View has been a great living experience and after being there for 3 years I only have good things to say. Betsy the leasing manager was always very helpful and friendly. Anytime if something had to be fixed, the maintenance guy Randy was always right there in a timely manner. Apartments are in good condition and very comfortable. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for an ideal location and good living setup."
