"The doctors are phenomenal, caring, and everything a pediatrician should be. We’ve been using them for years and never had any type of problem with the staff or doctors. It’s a shame that people write bad reviews for random petty issues. This is a doctor’s office, not a store. And these types of offices keep disappearing becuase big health conglomerates buy them. I wish they stay in Westfield for years to come. Please do what you do best: care about your patients. Thank you from myself and my family"

"I will no longer bring my child to this practice. The doctors are ok, however the nurses they have there are dreadful. They have TERRIBLE phone etiquette and are a rude bunch, and I see it’s not uncommonly stated in the reviews. I find their “documentation”, if any, questionable. The nurses are focused on everything but their roles. Not good. Will not be returning here."

"Doctors are smart, caring, and have always been kind to us. Staff have been excellent and straightforward. In particular I found the staff very helpful (to an especially nervous parent) when I called about my suddenly very sick infant."

"We recently switched from another group after our pediatrician left, and after only 2 visits, we will NEVER be going back. I have never been spoken down to before, like I was by the triage nurse. She was condescending and rude, left me in tears and stated, well then just go to the ER if you think it’s that bad, instead of letting me speak to a doctor, or listen to me. I wish I saw some of these other reviews earlier about the staff, spot on. It’s a shame the staff does not show the compassion you should expect at a Ped office, because I have heard the doctors are wonderful. Unfortunately, I will never have the chance to see myself."

"We have been coming here for 13years. Dr. Kowalczyk is the best he gets five stars 20 stars. He is the only reason we stay. But the ladies at the front desk they always have an attitude with you when you come in here every single time they are very rude and unprofessional. I’m actually an MA myself and the first thing I was taught when I went to school was empathy, your coming in here with a sick child and then you get an attitude from someone at the front desk."
