"This complex doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Lady in the office is a WITCH she didn’t give me my deposit back and after 2 1/2 year she sent me a notice that you have to pay 1500 more for property damage and I remember there was no property damage when I left the apartment this is horrible 0% maintenance service 0% laundry service You will regret it if you move in here."

"I had the exact same issue when I simply went to this complex to ask a question about the available apartments. This woman was very dismissive and didn’t even pick her head up to look my way once I opened the door when she proceeded to say “no more apartments available!”. I don’t even think she saw my face at all when I decided to ask my mother to get through to her instead and once my mother actually said her name ,then she eventually changed her attitude. Customer service and simply being courteous and respectful will go a long way ! And with being a leasing manager it is expected so I’m hoping that her approach towards others have changed for the better !"

"I called this apartment complex to get more info and to ask simple questions about the application process and the woman who answered the call was extremely rude and impatient. She rushed me off the phone and hung up on me. If they treat potential clients this way, I can only imagine how poorly they treat residents! We will not be applying here!"
