"Just moved into my new apartment and the process has been seamless thanks to Destiny for your help and guidance throughout the process, I had a couple things that needed to be fixed and Christian part of the Hamiliton Greene staff was very helpful and prompt at fixing everything!! He was very professional and when I had questions, he took his time in explaining everything to me. I look forward to enjoying my time here. Robert M."

"Don’t be fooled by the nice exterior. This place is terrible. Management takes 0 accountability for anything that happens due to their negligence and does not care how much you're inconvenienced because of issues they fail to address. If you have a basic issue like a clogged toilet then maintenance is great at fixing it. But if your apartment has any real problems then you can forget about it being properly addressed. Thankfully my lease will be up soon and can be out of here. Good luck to the next poor unknowing soul that will have the exact same ongoing issues that I’ve experienced since they refuse to acknowledge the problems in my apartment or do anything to fix it."

"Hello; My wife & I have been in Hamilton Greene approximately 10 years. So we've been residing here for some time & have had the opportunity to witness a turnover or two. We're very pleased that we made the decision to move here, the atmosphere is very tranquil, family oriented. Staff & maintenance here have been nothing but professional "Evelyn, Melissa & Destiny" & attentive to the tenants needs. After constructing the Glades we've been experiencing issues with tenants having the audacity to allow their dogs to come on another tenants lawn, right under their front window & defecate, with no intentions of cleaning it up. Urinate on your car, when in fact they to have a front lawn, with a window & a car. Which I find ironic because we have a dog park specifically to alleviate issues such as this. Depriving one of Peace & Enjoyment of their living space, as well as creating health concerns. I'm pretty sure we're not alone in this matter & hope management gets a handle on this before it gets out of control. Your assistance in rectifying this issue would be appreciated.. David"

"I am living here for 5+years and I absolutely love it. the property is always kept beautiful, Maintenace is available all the time and the couple of times I needed them they were here quickly the club house is gorgeous and the staff are all great and always pleasant. neighbors are all nice"

"This is by far the best place I have ever lived apartment wise. I was here for 3yrs and never once had anything to complain about with my apartment. They do raise rent often but not by much(30-50 per year) But my 4th lease renewal my rent would have stay the same. Very safe, nice people, neighbors are all nice. Clean place. Best part, its like a free petting zoo. Everyone walks their dogs and are super sweet. Balcony's are huge compared to most. Sadly, my roommate and I could not live together anymore so I had move. I'm there weekly still and trying to come back. Maintenance is there within a day or two after you call. A few times I had rent issues, so they worked with me on it. They sometimes have contests. The one year I won 2nd place for best x-mas lights. They were nice enough to shut off the outside light so you could see my lights better. Highly recommend them. Ill be back eventually."
