"Living here was the worse experience I’ve had living anywhere! Maintenance acts like they don’t speak English and they enter your apartment without notice. They’ve walked right in (using their key) while I was home and unclothed. No knocking, no calling, just entering as if they lived there. The tenant affairs office is a joke. The overweight woman at the desk (Paula B) is a blatant liar and disgusting towards the tenants who hold her accountable. She doesn’t like that. The people in charge are nasty, dishonest, manipulative, and trifling to say the least. We had to hire legal counsel just to get them to treat us like humans and do basic repairs. They allow people to damage the property, and cause an unsafe, unenjoyable living space. They do not abide by the terms in their own lease but expect you to, then when you mention the lease terms not being upheld they deem you as the problem. Parking is so bad people park on the grass. They allow people to over occupy the apartments even when the town has a capacity ordinance they list on their lease. Noisy neighbors who are rude, unpleasant smells reeks from their apartments into yours. Calling the cops is fruitless, you’ll only get a response if you hire a lawyer like we did. We moved on to much better surroundings and would rather live in a box before coming back here.If you do not have to, and I mean NO OTHER CHOICE have to move here.... DON'T. You WILL regret it. I mean it. Don’t put yourself or your family through the stress if you are decent hardworking people who want to enjoy your living space."

"I loved living at Twinbrook Apartments my family and I had a very nice time there and all of the people there are beautiful warm and fun to be with and the parking is also very good. A family fun location you will always be treated with professionalism and kindness. The property is clean and comfortable. My two cousins Tracy and Tanya Kaiserian from Wall, NJ, had time with my children and they chose a poor level of care for my parents and my sister, which caused my family and I a tremendous amount of suffering our homes were repeatedly burglarized and extremely expensive merchandise was stolen from us as my cousins did this so we left the area. Tracy works at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune, NJ. I continued to talk to the Detective Bureau and the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Department of Justice for the last twelve years about all of this."

"Decent apartment and the price is not bad for this area. Parking lot could be cleaner but it not their fault but the people who live around and leave trash around. Also, you will have to call maintenance multiple times in order to get anything done. Went I got my apartment 2 years ago, some parts were remodeled and it looked good. We keep our apartment clean and have no major issues. We got a roach once, but put down some anti roach things and never got them again. We have never gotten a mouse or rat. It also all depends were your apartment is located."
