Three Pence Brook Condo

"Been here 6 years now and it's getting worse each time raising prices from 276.00 to 300.00 as of now. Where is this money going???? Fences are falling apart but yet we paid for a nice white fence around the pool, no snow removal this past winter, sidewalks cracking, lawns are drying up, assigned parking numbers faded, BUT we paid for two new Pence Brooke signs at the entrance, etc. This community is looking more like a tenement. Community managers keep changing and who are the Board Members and what are they doing??? Criminals raising prices and doing nothing! Many other places that are kept up with but not this place. The two little parks here also are discusting. The list goes on.....don't move here."

"Nice neighborhood. Common charges keep going up. The new management company much better than the other lazy crooks. The renters there though I will say in some areas are keeping too much junk in their yards or it's the home owners."

"Nice area, but watch your car. Saw some deadbeats eating chicken wings and tossing the bones into the common area grass while leaning on my in law's car. Perhaps they were discussing Plato's Republic and got into a really deep philosophical debate. More likely they were trying to figure out how much bail money they could scrounge up."
