"I hope I can save at least one person from renting from this company. I live at woods edge, and in 3 short months they have managed to disrespect and violate the residents in a million different ways. My porch has been left dirty, disheveled, nails all over, my belongings DESTROYED. All the parking is gone, covered in rocks and dirt for the renovations. They let these constructions workers fly around the parking lot, almost hitting kids trying to get home from the bus stop. People come and bang on my front door and start with their hammer before the clock hits 7:30 in the morning. I spent an entire weekend with my gutter hanging from the roof, swinging in the wind. Imagine the anxiety I felt all weekend that the gutter would snap off and land on me or my 5 year old. I saw on my ring doorbell the maintenance man came in to my house today when we weren’t home, NO WARNING. So if you want surprise visitors, high rent, and construction noise and dirt from 7 Am to 6 Pm, then Friedman realty company is the way to go! But if you enjoy privacy, sanity, being treated like a human being, I would look elsewhere. Shame on you guys. 1 star Friedman experience and even that is being generous. Please try to read between the fake employee reviews here, just google woods edge townhomes and it will tell you all you need to know."

"My daughter has been living at your Mystic Pt. apartments since 2019. She has had trouble trying to get work done on her unit. They tried to fix leaks in this place for 4 years. They patched her ceiling hole and it looked like a kindergarten child did the work. Then she has been having trouble with another leak which makes her carpets wet. This has lead to the carpet being replaced without fixing the water problem which is coming from her washer. She also has been living with slugs living inside her house and in her cabinets. When they pulled the wet carpet up the sub floor was wet but they did not replace the sub flooring and just put new carpet down. She is charged almost $2000 per month she has 2 young children who are probably being exposed to mold in the apartment. 4years and nothing has been accomplished to bring this apartment up to standards for living. Then they told her they wanted her father to sign the lease if she wanted work to be done on her apartment. These people are slum lords. They try to make the place look good from the outside but the inside living conditions are horrible!!!!! I will post picks of slugs & wet sub floor soon. It is time to get a lawyer!"

"Great Place to live! I looked at so many places and when I read the great reviews on here saying Audubon Arms was quiet, safe and friendly, I met with the property manager, Stacey, who is very organized, helpful, friendly, and truly professional and she showed me such a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment with lots of light from the windows, lots of closet and storage space, and soft carpets. I’ve lived here 2 years now, it truly IS quiet and safe, and Stacey always still returns my emails right away - she’s amazing! And if anything goes wrong, just call Steve and he’ll fix it very quickly for you! Steve is so warm and friendly - you’ll Love living here!"

"I have been living at Buttonwood Apartment for close to 5 years. The apartment I live in is comfortable, safe and the maintenance has always completed my request when asked. The lawn is always groomed with flowers. There is no trash on the streets or in the courtyard . It is Well lit at night. And the management in the rental office. are nice and will complete your tasks whenever asked. The neighbors are friendly and there is never any noise that I know of. I think living here is a great place and you will feel comfortable living here."
