"I saw some beautiful yarn on their website. When I called to discuss the yarn, they quickly offered to facetime me so I could see it and she dug through the skeins to help me pick the perfect ones. "Do not go there. They were very nice when i bought yarn and a pattern but when i called to ask when i could come in for help to get my project started, I was told that they were busy unloading a shipment and i should look on you tube for help and also they might be helping other customers. I just wanted someone to take a quick look to know if i was doing this correctly. The reason I called was to find a time that was convienent for them. They were not helpful at all and I will never go back again and would not recommend it to others. I give them 1 star for picking up the phone."

Lots of funky neon mixed colors, as well as classy, chic colors and textures. Place was cozy, and they helped me choose coordinating mix & match colors. It was so fun!! Customer service was fantastic - recommended patterns, books, store events, etc. I left the store saying, "I'll be back, see you again!!""

"I had some issues with this shop when it first opened, but I gave it another chance and I’m so happy I did. The selection of yarn is much greater now, from a wide variety of independent dyers. This is a true boutique with fibers you can’t find anywhere else in the state. The women who work here are very friendly and helpful. The owner seems to have made some changes, and it’s all for the better. Their new location is much larger and parking is easy. My only complaint are the hours of operation, 10-3 is ridiculous. What about knitters who work?!"
