"I have just moved out of Andrews Corner after 8 years . I found Wendy and Will responsive , respectful and courteous. Any of my concerns were addressed in a timely fashion even during the pandemic when it was difficult to obtain necessary equipment, appliances etc. The community is clean and the landscaping is well groomed .I found my apartment perfect ,two levels with two and a half baths, washer , dryer and just enough closet space. My neighbors were quiet and friendly. Kids play in the small park and there’s an area to grill and picnic. Thank you Wendy and Will , this was home and I enjoyed my years there."
"Have lived here over 10 years. Wonderful place, people and service. Picnic last week was a renter’s appreciation event. Free food, drinks. Kids had a wonderful time with slip and slide, bounce house and face painting. Hope it happens again. Will & Wendy we’re very gracious hosts!"
"I have lived here for 5 years. The community is filled with young professionals from every background. The courtyard is a great and safe place for your kids to play in. Dog park is huge! Plenty of room in the neighborhood to enjoy a long walk along the different paths. Will and Wendy have always been very responsive but we have not needed much in the last 5 years. Couldn’t be happier."
"I have hence forth moved out !! Property manager Wendy does not respond in a timely fashion at all and in fact shrugs off concerns/ complaints Will has no clue what he is doing and leaves his tools after every job! Water is dirty and walls/ceiling have 0 sound proofing WATER IS DISGUSTING. 1 month of filter in shower head. White at beginning is now brown and gross. That’s the water you shower, brush your teeth and wash your hands with. Gross DO NOT MOVE HERE!!"
"I have lived here for 7+ years and could not be happier. Wil and Wendy are absolutely wonderful and have always taken care of anything I have ever needed in a timely and courteous fashion. The apartment itself is spacious and has a washer/dryer, central AC, and a dishwasher. The complex is well maintained and every neighbor is nicer than the next. Highly recommend."
