They are patient and take the time to really understand what is going on and then truly care about helping residents work through it in the best way possible. They are both professional and get back to you to address your needs right away. In addition, they are both very personable and down to earth making it easy to talk to. "I had a great experience living at Ocean Park Village. From the moment I moved in, everything was top-notch. The management team, specifically Shawn, was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to address any concerns promptly. The maintenance staff was exceptional, even when there were multiple issues at my apartment. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my time at Ocean Park Village. I’m active duty military and this place really stepped up when I needed them to. My only criticism is that the property manager is the only person in the office so they were times that I stopped in or called in and she was pretty busy and couldn’t get to me right away. My recommendation moving forward would be to hire a part-time person so that the load is shared more evenly and calls get answered."

"It is my first time to rent/lease on my own. I moved in at Ocean County Village due to marital separation. I was lost but moving to this community helped me gain stability and peace. I was happy. It felt like everything was aligned accordingly when I was approved. I lost my job last year and I almost got evicted. But I didn't want to lose my spot in this community. So I thrived even more. I will keep thriving until I am ready to move on from this place. This place has become mine and my daughter's safe haven. It is safe and peaceful. Especially that there are cops going rounds morning, afternoon and nights. My daughter and I have enjoyed walking on the neighborhood late at night without worrying about our safety. It is also close to convenient stores, drug store and restaurants. Even a car parts and accessories shop. It is also close to the schools. Amazing! I can't run out of good words to say. ***Just one thing I hope they have taken care of. I wouldn't know if they have because I have stopped and cancelled all my online shopping accounts, because of stolen packages on multiple occasions. But anyway, I hope the management would do something about package deliveries. Somebody is stealing packages. I was told that there will be amazon locker added in the village, that may help. But maybe look for ideas how to keep our packages safe whether they are from amazon or other mail/delivery companies."

"There's something to be said about great hospitality great management skills and great people skills. The property manager that I spoke with at Dutch Manor who was assisting the manager at Ocean Park Village her name was Cindy Aldrich. This woman was truly truly amazing, from the moment I contacted her she went to bat for me and my family.She did everything in a professional manner she was kind considerate and worked with me around the clock to make sure that my family had a place to be safe and shelter from the strom.She is a wonderful person. A true asset to your company. If I was her boss I would make sure that she is recognized for the great work she does.. All I can say is my family and I thank you Cindy from the bottom of our hearts we appreciate you may God bless you and may your company realize that if they lose you they've lost the best part of their company. "I would not recommend moving to Ocean Park Village. First off, your rent will be raised every year 5-7%. You must give 60 days notice upon moving out and if not you will be charged a full months rent fee. The standard notice for moving out in all the years I rented was always 30 days. It is extremely difficult to give 60 days if you are buying a home or renting somewhere else. Lisa who is no longer there was always very nice and helpful. There will be additional fees on your rent bill, including an admin fee and a charge if you want to pay your rent online. Construction! There was construction going on the entire year that I lived there. It is still going on now. I work from home and the construction crew knocked out the Verizon twice, so I was unable to work 2 full days in which I did not get paid for. They will not give you any compensation even thought it was the fault of their construction being done. Also, if you live on the first floor the noise can be ridiculous. obviously, if you live on a first floor you expect noise but with the price of the rent, it should not be that loud. The maintenance staff was always nice and came quickly, but needed to repair the same bathroom sink 3 times and it still was not fixed correctly when we left. Just take everything into consideration before moving here."
