"By far the worst Property Management ever. I rented an apartment in Acworth, Ga from this company & they couldn't keep a property manager on site for years. They put false information on your credit report. I was never late on my rent the whole time I lived there which was YEARS and when I moved I ended up getting charged $1,910 for I don't know what because I personally cleaned the apartment (I am professional residential/commercial cleaner & was one of the apartment complex vendors to do move-out cleans) and they were able to rent it literally days after I moved out. This place "Laurel Glen Apartments" owned by Elon Property Management couldn't keep an office/property manager ever like we went months without staff or maintenance. The original lady we signed our lease with her name was Laura was high on drugs, a liar, and messed a lot of people's leases and documents up. Then we had no manager for a while after her and then Tina Jackson started working for them and I think because of Laura having everything in such a mess that something got messed up with our lease because like I said now I'm being charged close to $2,000 on my credit report. This is ruining my credit and life because now I'm unable to rent from other companies. I have a sick disabled son and Tina Jackson promised me (I have it on video) when we moved DURING A PANDEMIC and our lease was up that we owned NOTHING!!! The whole time I lived there I was never late on my rent and paid my bills on time and I have proof of this. I have tried reaching out to the owners of Elon Management but then a lady name Ellen Grams would call me and she isn't the nicest person to speak with or understanding. This company has already been sued for putting false information on residents credit reports and we got a small check like under $10 lol but that's because there were TONS of people involved in the lawsuit that had to split the money. Do not rent anything from this company, or atleast any of their places here in Georgia. I am not sure about any of their other properties in different states, so I can only speak about my experience here in Acworth, Ga but I'm sure it's the same with all their properties. "I lived in Indian Lake Apts In Morrow, Ga. My rent was paid on time and was ask to stay when I decided not to renew all heck broke out. The Asst and new lease agent verbally and physically tried to assault me ( I have videos and audio) when it was time to do my walkthrough. Contact Elon by email and submitted my proof on through multiple channels never heard from not one person from Elon Management!!!! It has been a pleasure to moved (Sept of 2023) from the Elon’s Indian Lake Apt apartment with mold, a broken/leaky water heater, dark/unlite/and bunches of stray cats everywhere. However, I left owning nothing but was sent a collection’s bill of 1400. I ‘m not worried due to my rent ledger, my audio, and video as proof. Please if you love yourself or your family member please don’t allow them or you to live in Indian Lakes Property in Morrow Ga."

"In March 2021, I moved 1400 miles to Palmside Apartments. The previous next door neighbor Jerry told me this unit had a leaky roof. Yes it is true. My roof has been leaking since 2021 several patch jobs. Leak number 6 started on September 30, sent email with pics to property manager Heather. On October 30th sent a second email regarding roof leak no response. I am a disabled senior and this is very stressful. I have always paid my rent on time. The Regional Manager at Elon in New Jersey just doesn't care because she never approved the financial request to have the roof repaired. Elon Management is about the bottom line, making profits but not maintaining their properties."

"If i could give negative ratings i would. Tiffany Drago, district manager for the complex i live in Georgia is Unprofessional and rude. I was without A/C for 3 months during the hottest time of the year June-August. I had to contact corporate to get they to even bring me a window you only after threat of calling code enforcement. Elon purchased this property and took over in August and is offering a 100 dollar concession for the month i was without A/C after their purchase which equals out to 4 days of the 42 days i was without Air in georgia heat. The inconsideration this company has is deplorable. Find somewhere else to live yall. The 1.5 stars on google isn't a hoax. Worst management company I've ever experienced."

"I am a current resident and I will say neverrrrrrr move anywhere that is managed by Elon Management. It’s another level of scammers and slum lords. First, when I moved into my apartment there was absolutely nothing done. No cleaning, I was literally scrubbing poop off my bathroom walls. The cabinets had spoiled food practically stuck to them. It was absolutely filthy. Also no stove and my gas tank was broken, so I had no heat for weeks in the winter. Next, my kitchen sink was leaking. It took them a month and a half to come fix it. Luckily no mold was formed. There is paint splatter all over the floors because they are too cheap to hire a real painter. Countless issues and no results. Then the people in the office are some of the rudest individuals I’ve ever encountered. I should’ve listened to the reviews. Take my advise and find somewhere else. They cut my gas off probably because of this very review."
