"Horrible maintenance with bad attitude that don’t know how to do their job on the first time and is always a prolong progression every time you need them. I haven’t even been here a year and I’ve more problems with with sink, rats and bathroom roof leaking now then any place ever. Now almost at 1700$ wanna raise rent again. Not happy with this place at all that wants you to make over 50k yearly."

"Way overpriced. Not a safe place to live. I've witnessed multiple acts of violence while living here. The landlord wants to gentrify the area by constantly raising the rent to drive people out and put up political signs all over the property during the last election in support of the guy that wanted to remove covid restrictions and eviction moratoriums. Tells you everything you need to know about how they run a business. No washer/dryer. They nickel and dime you on everything. Don't make the same mistake I did, look elsewhere."

"Out of all the potential places we were looking to move into, Corey has been the most responsive and helpful with the millions of questions I had. Our lease process was made simple and Corey was amazing to work with. We're happy with the 2 bedroom apartment we just moved into, the actual apartment feels bigger than what the floor plan shows. Apartment is in good condition, clean, lots of closet space. Thanks for all the help Corey!"

"During the pandemic they have closed down the laundry facilities. I believe this is only to protect themselves as it forces the rest of us to now go next door to the laundromat. This means the laundromat will have more people in it than it normally would have which can only make the virus travel faster. I have emailed the company multiple times and nothing has been done about it. They just said that my email has been forwarded to somebody else...great. Best way to battle this virus is to keep things clean and stay away from people. They have taken both of that away from us. This is by no means the only thing wrong with this place. But when an apartment complex is this bad THEN they take away what little you have, it gets pretty unbearable. The bedrooms here have a sliding glass door which leads to the patio area. The patio area leads directly to the neighbors bedroom with nothing in between. I can walk right over to my neighbors bedroom glass sliding door. Right now it is 1am and I keep hearing somebody running around on the balcony. This place is straight trash. It should be condemned."

"From the very begining my experience has been nothing short of excellent. I met Corey 4 years ago when I was in search of an apartment. She was so pleasant to work with and made the process so easy. I had to move in right away and my move in date was December 23rd right around the holiday, but that didn't matter Corey was here and made it work. Most places would be closed or away around that time. I lived in a downstairs 1 bed 1 bath unit that had carpet flooring. I loved the size of the bedroom it's huge and the closet doors are mirrors which I loved even more. There is plenty of space throughout and the storage closet in the living room is big as well. As far as noise goes, yes you can hear your neighbors, but not anything crazy. It's an apartment so you have people on all sides of you, it's expected you hear some noise. I don't ever really hear the neighbors on the side of me. Occasionally I hear the upstairs neighbors walking around and what not, but it doesn't bother me. If you think it would bother you then some music or tv would tune that right out. The parking here is never really an issue, but they do have the option to reserve a parking spot if you want to guarentee a specific spot. The maintenance crew is just the best!! Anytime I ever needed anything they were there. I've locked myself out a few times and they've always come right away. When my heat stopped working one night in the winter they came immediately and it was off hours. They really go the extra mile. When I had ants one summer Corey got the exterminator right over to my apartment and the ants were completely gone within 48 hours. They have that service free of charge to residents. You just call the office to schedule anytime. When my refrigerator stopped working Corey got me a replacement ASAP. Corey and her team are so quick and efficient, it just shows how much they care about the residents here. I love the location as well since it's so close to everything. I could walk to just about any place I wanted all within less than a mile. The residents here are all so friendly and I've become friends with just about everyone in my building. In the winter the maintenance crew is hard at work getting the sidewalks cleared and salted. The plows come through very often during snow storms so I've never had an issue getting to work or been snowed in. There's a very nice sized pool as well for the summer time. They don't have washer/ dryer in the apartments that would be my only complaint if any, but they do have a few laundry rooms in the complex. There's never really a wait to use them and they are cheaper than going to a laundromat. If you did want to pay more and go to a laundromat theres one literally right next to the complex that you can walk to, which is super convenient. I can't say enough good things about this place!!! I wish I didn't have to move, but my husband works up north and it's a bit of a commute.Thank you to all the staff at Brick Garden Apartments for making my time here so memorable.
