"Whenever I go, the receptionists have a very bad attitude, if you greet them they don't answer you, if you ask them for any paper or note they do it in a bad way and they are always in a very bad temper and this is a clinic for children, the pediatricians and Doctors everything is fine, but the reception is the worst, you leave there angry and sad because even asking for an appointment they make you look bad."

"My kids been going here since birth. It used to be such a great facility, very organized, less wait time and everyone was so kind and caring to kids. After couple years of coming here for every check up, I can say a lot has changed and this place is not what it used to be anymore. Wait time is forever. Be prepared to be in the office waiting for more than an hour only to be faced with rude Nurse Practitioners who care less about your kid. They just working for money. You can never see a doctor if you child gets sick and if you have to bring your kid in to be checked by nurse practitioners instead. I had a very bad experience with one of the NPs : “Latanya Bartholomew.” She should never be working with kids, this career is not for her, because she clearly doesn’t know how to interact with kids nor she knows how to treat kids, just cold blooded attitude, no feelings for a hurt child who comes with a medical need. Very Rude bedside manner and cold rude conversation with your little kid. Vague assessment of the child and absolutely no feedback of what’s wrong with your child. You as a mom, will just sit there clueless about your child’s condition or why is your child sick, hesitant to ask any questions because she has no interest or answering them. She seems bothered the whole time you’re in the office grunting and showing that she wants nothing to do with you or your kid. Would never recommend, nor would ever make an appointment with such kid unfriendly, rude NP. If you love your kid, please stay away and avoid from booking an appointment with this NP Latanya Bartholomew at all costs and go elsewhere where your child gets the care she/he deserves."

"i came here with my daughter today for her 15 month checkup with dr. Magdy Mohammed. i saw him before and he was very kind so i stuck with him. today, not so much. when i arrived ON TIME i was told that healthfirst changed my daughters PCP and I had to call to have them change it back. i asked why & they couldn’t tell me this. the phone call took 25 mins or more. i got called in for the nurse check in and dr. Magdy came and said that we were an hour late and he was going to check my daughter and have the nurse administer the vaccinations because he had another patient and said that i was supposed to check the night before to make sure nothing was changed. im sorry, there was another woman in the waiting room dealing with the same issue. why is anyone allowed to change my daughters PCP anyway? anyways, we go in the room. and he didn’t check her at all. he checked vitals in under 30 seconds, asked if she was walking. i said “taking steps now.” asked if she was eating. i said “no she only likes purées still.” which was an issue i intended to ask about amongst other things as my daughter shows signs of some developmental delays. he didn’t talk about anything with me, proceeded to complain to his nurses about how I was a hour late and then came in and said “look at the problem you caused.” I literally almost cried because I was on TIME, how was I know to that was going to happen. and he showed no interest in actually checking on my daughters development. he gave her the vaccines, told me what to do for them, and said “okay done.” I was waiting for this apt for 2 months to bring up concerns i had and get help. instead i was on the verge of tears and treated very rudely for something i had no control over. i will be changing her PCP. you guys need to bring back dr. murray. asap."

"The front desk stuffs are really rude and very mannerless. I come here because of my baby's doctor she is really sweet. As per i seen their doctors are really good but if go there you have to struggle with appointment schedule. They always put you in hold and that time is forever. If you have any emergency for your baby you will not get them ontime. Horrible experience. I don't know where to go to complain about them."
