"I’ve just moved in recently. The building is beautiful, well designed and appointed. My apartment is beaming with sunlight and that makes me happy. Sonya is extraordinary. She is our resident concierge, and does an incredible job running the place, making sure things run smoothly…putting packages at our door, explaining things, coordinating repairs, etc.. She always has a cheerful attitude. Vinny does as well, he makes sure everything is fixed and runs smoothly. We had some issues with the heavy rain and they were fixed right away and with professionalism. He always greets me with a friendly “Hello”. I gave the review 4 stars because of the cost of add-ons. From the pet fee to parking to storage and club room fees the rent gets high. Some make sense but I wish the storage was included in the rent. My good friend lives on the ocean locally in a 2-bedroom with lower base rent and his parking and storage are included. Storage was included on my Manhattan rent as well. I’ll see how it goes with the cost, hoping I can stay."
