"My daughters have been here since the schools first year of Pre-K. From that day no matter how far i move i will not take my children to any other school! The Teachers are all Amazing i can rave about them! Lets not get to the AMAZING PRINCIPLE!!!! Shes out during activities so Friendly and kind! Any issues she always around and available to listen and address any issues on the spot! I love this School!"

"Some of the teachers are good,but some of the afterschool members are very dicsrepectful towards the parents and children.The after school program has members like Christina Fontonez who abuse their relation ship they have with Ms.Sotto and use that relationship as an excuse to disrespect the parents and children of this school. Another action of this school that is not professional is that the principal of this school Ms.Sotto only hears out to what her staff members need to say and not what the parents say about her staff. This accountability in this position of job should be taken differently as you need to be reliable to here about the comments wanted to be brought to you on your faculty. If someone is gaining multiple comments of criticism wouldnt you think their is something to be fixed and addressed. These actions being made by Forest Elementary ps.71 aren't respectful towards this learning community especially when hearing out to the parents of these students. I'm very disappointed with this community of staff as everyone should feel respected."

"Both of my daughters went here, the teachers and administrators know them and us by name and by face and treat everyone like extended family! They are truly a neighborhood school!!"

"The school is great with all the teachers.they don't have any gym thats the only proplem but you learn alot in that school.my oldest kid is in 5th grade and my son next is going to the same school"

"My son has been here since 1st grade he is now in 5th. All his teachers have been good especially Ms. Sparks being our favorite. Down side there is no gym in this school and they could be a little more organized when it comes to paper work. My son will be missing the school since it's his last year here."
